Mikla Restaurant: A Culinary Experience at the Top of Istanbul

Last week, I had the chance to visit one of Istanbul’s most special restaurants, Mikla, and I can’t wait to share my experience. Dining in a modern, sophisticated atmosphere with a panoramic view of the city was truly enchanting.

The menu creatively reinterprets Turkish cuisine with modern touches. The “lamb tandır” and seafood appetizers particularly impressed me. The presentations were like works of art, and each plate was prepared with meticulous care.
